Write the Thing Only You Can Write

Commodity content is cheap now. The only defensible advantage left is proprietary experience, published clearly.

Generic explainers are effectively free to produce. That means their strategic value has collapsed. Ranking for a definition is no longer a moat; it is a treadmill.

What remains scarce is proprietary experience — the numbers you have seen, the deals that fell apart, the customer conversation that changed your roadmap. No model and no competitor has your logs.

Practically, this means building an inventory before you build a calendar. List the twelve things you know that most people in your category get wrong. That list, not a keyword tool, is your editorial doctrine.

Then publish with specifics. Named constraints, real numbers, actual dates. Specificity is the cheapest credibility signal available, and almost nobody uses it.
