Authority & Founder provides educational ghostwriting, editorial consulting, AI services, strategy, and implementation for expert founders and small teams. All services are provided by appointment and subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Authority & Founder and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Client Work & Confidentiality

Work produced for clients remains confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ghostwritten content is the property of the client upon full payment. We maintain strict editorial confidentiality and do not disclose client relationships without permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees for services are quoted on a per-engagement basis. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may incur a fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Authority & Founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
