Project work is a fixed fee agreed before we start. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer with a six-month minimum, invoiced monthly. No hourly billing, no surprise line items, no charges for revisions inside the agreed rounds.

Retainers run on a six-month term and then continue month to month with thirty days' notice. Fixed-fee projects can be paused between phases. You keep everything delivered up to that point.

Branding is a two-to-three week sprint, positioning runs six weeks, and voice plus a publishing cadence compound over the following months. Doctrine — codifying your frameworks into citable IP — is the stage that never really ends; it deepens as the body of work grows. You don't have to complete all five before you see results. Most founders see inbound shift after stage three.
