Expert founders
Founders who want an audience they own rather than one they rent from an algorithm — and one hour a month to give it.
An ongoing partnership that keeps you publishing on a rhythm you can sustain. We handle the editing, the structure, and the discipline; you provide the thinking. The audience becomes an asset you own.

What you get
Every newsletter engagement runs to the same editorial standard — voice guide, pillar architecture, quarterly review. The only thing that changes between tiers is how often you publish and how much you pay. Here's exactly what each cadence includes.

Questions
What the work involves, how long it takes, and what we need from you. If a question isn't here, write to us — we answer every note ourselves.
Bi-weekly ($1,497/mo) ships two issues a month and suits founders building the habit — a strong fortnightly issue beats a thin weekly one. Weekly ($2,457/mo) ships four to five issues a month, compounds roughly twice as fast, and adds priority turnaround and a wider pillar map (5–7 topics instead of 3–5). Choose the cadence you can still sustain in month six; you can move between tiers at any quarterly review.
Bi-weekly: your draft arrives 5 business days after the monthly editorial call, and the final issue is locked and loaded by day 7. Weekly: drafts arrive 2 business days after each weekly touchpoint, final by day 4. Both tiers run on a rolling calendar agreed at kickoff, so you always know the exact draft and send dates a quarter ahead.
Every issue includes two revision rounds. You send consolidated notes within three business days of receiving a draft; we return the revision within two. Round one is for substance — angle, story, structure. Round two is for polish — phrasing, cuts, subject lines. Anything further is scoped and quoted before work continues, so there are never surprise fees.
Whichever you can sustain past month three. We'd rather run a strong fortnightly issue than a thin weekly one — cadence you can keep is the point.
We do, in your voice, against a written voice guide built from a recorded interview. You review before anything sends.
We audit what you've sent, keep what works, and rebuild the format and pillar architecture around it. You keep your list and your archive.
Open and reply rates issue to issue, plus a quarterly performance review — what topics pulled, what to write more of next quarter.
Under two hours a month: a short interview and a review pass per issue.
